This perfect home sits along one of the most historic streets in Old Town Warrenton. The homeowners asked us to design a new main level Master Suite, a home gym, and laundry room, as the original spaces felt tight and lacked adequate storage. We matched the already charming character of the existing home and connected the addition with a light and airy breezeway. The Master bedroom opens directly to the existing backyard pool, with a covered porch that creates a graceful transition from the private interior retreat to the outdoor living area.
The design focused on universal accessibility on the main level while providing a high-end, private living zone. The interiors of this project were thoughtfully brought to life in collaboration with the project’s interior designer, whose vision helped shape a cohesive and elevated result.
